These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pencilled, a scheduling product operated by CloudSageAI ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using a Pencilled booking page, you agree to these terms.

The service

Pencilled lets an organizer share a link so guests can book available time with them. Organizers sign in using a one-time email link rather than a password. Organizers may optionally connect a Zoom account so that a real Zoom meeting is created automatically for each confirmed booking.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email account used to sign in to Pencilled, and for any activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pencilled to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Send spam, harassing communications, or malicious content through booking notes or account information.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Pencilled's systems.
• Misrepresent your identity in a way intended to defraud a guest or another organizer.

Third-party services

If you connect a Zoom account, your use of Zoom is also governed by Zoom's own terms of service, separate from these terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of Zoom or any other third-party service Pencilled integrates with.

Disclaimer of warranties

Pencilled is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calendar invites, Zoom meetings, or notifications will always be delivered successfully.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudSageAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Pencilled.

Termination

You may stop using Pencilled and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Pencilled for any account found to violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pencilled after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
